For the last month, my most viewed post has been a Time for Change. It has been getting an overwhelming number of hits daily. It has really gotten me thinking. I wrote it almost a year ago, and it isn't much of a post. It was just a thought that I shared. Now, a year later it appears that everyone else is feeling the same.
What better time of year for change than Spring? It is the season to reorder your life for everything everywhere. Now, the thing that we have to do is to ACTUALLY change. It is so easy to know what it is that you need to do but to actually do it is a totally different thing.
In this time of transformation for all of us, I want to also leave you with another thought. The LOTUS FLOWER. It is my metaphor this Spring to actually do the changing. The lotus flower is one of the most beautiful flowers in the world. It is so special because it blooms in the stinky swamp. It blooms in the places that are uninhabited and unwanted which makes it radiate even more with beauty because it so striking against it's surroundings.
Let yourself BE the lotus flower. Beauty, peace, love, forgiveness, happiness, etc.... can come from any dark place. Don't let stubbornness or your ego hinder you.
It is time to renew yourself and become the lotus flower that you always were from the beginning. You can do it! It's time.
