Pisco Sour Cocktail {favorite friday}

This summer I was supposed to have a big cocktail party with all my friends but then I ended up getting stung by a wasp on my face and Andy got sick with a fever the morning of!  Yuck!

We had decided on making Pisco Sour Cocktails.  They are THE drink of South America.

They taste similar to a margarita with a mojito-ish taste but still a little different in it's own way.  If you want to try something light and refreshing but with a little different flavor then this is the drink for you.

Pisco Sour Cocktail Recipe

3 part Pisco Brandy (Chilean kind not Peruvian)

1 part simple syrup

1 part fresh lime juice

1 egg white

dash of Bitters

Shake it all except the bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.  Then pour into a glass.  Then drop a few drops of bitters on top.
